Job Description
Position Overview:
- Accepts referrals from foster care contractors
- Requires daily communication with partnering agencies and staff to obtain information on placements
- Completes daily placement documentation and data entry
- Understands and follows DCF requirements
- Requires evening and weekend rotation of being on call
