Job Description
I operate my own farm in western Kansas. Employees will be required to operate farm equipment including tractor, loader, swather, and farm plated trucks. I farm mostly alfalfa with occasional crop rotation. The farm has pivot irrigation. Employees will need to assist with repair and maintenance on the irrigation system and farm equipment. Employees will also assist with general farm duties related to raising the crops. All these job duties occur on our own farming operation. Employees will be required to assist with operating haying equipment to assist with our custom haying operation for the clients listed on our itinerary.
Housing is provided. Reimbursement for transportation and subsistence is also offered. Transportation will be provided at no cost to workers, from employer-provided housing and, if applicable, centralized pick-up points to the places of employment at the beginning of each workday and back at the end of each work day.
