Pool Bar Manager - Margaritaville

We're on the lookout for an energetic, experienced, and guest-obsessed Pool Bar Manager to lead our crew in delivering unforgettable experiences with every sip. If you're ready to trade your tie for flip-flops and bring good vibes and great drinks to paradise, we want to hear from you!
What You'll Do:
- Lead and inspire a team of bartenders and servers in a fast-paced, fun-loving poolside environment.
- Craft an inviting atmosphere for guests, creating moments they'll remember long after the sun sets.
- Oversee bar operations including scheduling, inventory, ordering, and quality control.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and liquor regulations.
- Drive sales and maximize revenue through creative drink specials and promotions.
- 2+ years of bar or restaurant management experience (poolside or resort experience a plus!).
- A passion for hospitality and a knack for turning up the energy while keeping things smooth.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- TABC or relevant alcohol certification (or ability to obtain).
- Ability to work outdoors, weekends, and holidays - because the pool party doesn't stop!

Qualifications
• 4 years experience in the food and beverage industry.
• Two+ years in a management position.
• Must be able to schedule, forecast, and budget department.
• Some wine and fine food knowledge helpful.
• Read, write and speak English.
• Ability to communicate effectively with the public and other Team Members.
• Food/Beverage Service Worker Permit, where applicable.
• Ability to communicate effectively with the public and other Team Members.
