Description
Students completing the courses of study in the Heating, Ventilation and
Air Conditioning Program will develop competency and basic work skills
pertaining to the heating and cooling, modern refrigeration, air
conditioning and plumbing industry, acquire knowledge necessary for
gainful employment and learn skills and develop work ethics that will be
useful throughout their lives. Graduates from the HVAC program will be
prepared to seek career opportunities in a variety of diverse
industries, such as operating engineers, sheet metal assistants, repair
specialists, maintenance technicians, installers, testers, and
application engineers.
