Students spend the majority of their time on-site building projects at a location off campus. Classroom work is a small amount of time designated to theory explanation. Class training includes safety orientation, discussion on the tasks to be performed, and demonstrations on specialty items.

100% of tuition and fees may be refunded for Fall and Spring semesters if courses are dropped within five business days of the published session start date. 100% of tuition and fees may be refunded for Summer I, Summer II and Intercession semesters if courses are dropped within five business days of the published start date. A student remains responsible for payment of tuition and fees if the drop occurs after the tuition refund date as indicated.
