The Business Leadership Certificate provides you with a tool kit to think strategically, assess financial implications of your decisions, mobilize change within your organization, and communicate with other business leaders.
This series is designed for managers who require a solid understanding of leadership and strategic management concepts in order to ensure contribution to their organization’s performance.
