Description
An apprentice in the Plumbing and Pipefitting industry is a person who is engaged in learning a trade by working with and assisting a qualified Journeyman in all phases of the Plumbing and Pipefitting industry. The apprentice program provides on-the-job training as well as industrial construction installations. Each apprentice will be required to pass local code requirements and work with owner tools and equipment such as pipe machines and cutting torches. An apprentice will also be exposed to blue print reading, drafting, mathematical calculations and computations related to the industry
