Description
Phlebotomists are trained to draw blood for various lab tests and
procedures. Many patients are understandably anxious about having blood
drawn, but a good phlebotomist develops the skills necessary to help
patients relax and feel they are in competent hands. Washburn Tech’s
Phlebotomy certificate program has been created to meet the needs of the
local medical community and can be a first step in getting your foot in
the health care door.
