Description
This program goes over the fundamental practice and use of the Agile Product Life Cycle for software development, enterprise, and governmental environments. You will learn how Agile, in today’s Information Technology, can provide solutions with built-in quality using an effective “change driven” approach to the way work gets done. This course goes through the values and principles of the Agile Manifesto which support the team’s understanding and quick adaptation to change in an ever-changing work environment for overall business agility.
This course will prepare you for the Agile Certified Practitioner Certification (ACP) provided by the Project Management Institute (PMI). This certification will enhance your skills in iterative processes and provide the tools needed for a better estimation of workflow. Emphasizing team collaboration, continual planning and continual learning skills, you and your team will be able to deliver a more robust product, service, or outcome that adds value and benefit for the stakeholder.
Additionally, this course will also prepare you for the Disciplined Agile Scrum Master (DASM) Certification from PMI. This certification will provide skills for methods and approaches that will improve your team’s ability to stay generative and lean in today’s competitive markets.
