Refund Policy
If a student who is registered for a Continuing Education course requests a refund by phone or email and the request is received in the JCCC Continuing Education Office at least four (4) business days before the course begins, the student will receive a 100% refund. For purposes of this Policy, “business day” is defined as a day of the week from Monday through Friday, excluding days the College is officially closed.
