The True Med Academy Online Medical Assistant Training Course will provide learners with academic curriculum and exceptional practice simulations to prepare them for national certification and success in the workplace. Refund Policy
Learners have the right to cancel their enrollment agreement entirely, both before and up to 7 days after the program Start Date. Within the first 30 days of the program, students are eligible for a pro-rata refund if they have completed 25 percent or less of a course when they withdraw. The completion percentage shall be based on the total percentage of the course completed.
